Sponsorship Forms
Black & White Ball Registration Form must be received no later than May 28, 2010 for inclusion in all “day of” signage. Sponsor names will be added to www.iacblackandwhite.com as they are received.

All tickets, table location maps, and other information will be sent to all properly registered participants two weeks or more prior to the event.
